Terminal processes user instructions to execute trades on connected exchanges but does not itself act as an exchange, broker, or custodian of digital assets. #### 3.2 TA Quant TA Quant delivers trading intelligence through proprietary trading signals, automated execution frameworks, customizable alerts, and analytics. TA Quant provides tools and information designed to assist trading decisions but does not guarantee trading outcomes or profitability. #### 3.3 TA Syndicate TA Syndicate offers performance marketing services including KOL activations, trading competitions, narrative strategy development, and campaign execution. Services are designed for blockchain projects, protocols, and exchanges seeking measurable adoption and trading activity. *** ### 4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use #### 4.1 Compliance with Laws You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations in connection with your use of the Services. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. #### 4.2 Trading Risks You acknowledge and accept that cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Terminal Pricing: * Professional Plan: $299/month * Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing based on requirements TA Quant Pricing: * Standard Plan: $99-$499/month depending on strategy access * Performance Fees: 10-20% on profits for advanced users and institutional clients TA Syndicate Pricing: * Campaign Retainer: Starting at $4,500 per campaign * Performance-Based Fees: 10-15% of KOL pricing * Platform Fees: Custom pricing for white-label solutions #### 5.2 Billing and Subscription Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. #### 5.3 Payment Processing We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these payment processors. We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues arising from payment processing. #### 5.4 Late Payment and Suspension If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is made. You are solely responsible for maintaining your exchange accounts and ensuring compliance with each exchange's terms of service. #### 6.2 API Keys and Permissions When you provide API keys to connect your exchange accounts to our Services, you grant us permission to access your exchange accounts solely for the purpose of executing trades and retrieving account information as necessary to provide the Services. We recommend using API keys with trading and read permissions only, without withdrawal permissions. #### 6.3 API Key Security You are responsible for the security of your API keys. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your API keys, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should regularly rotate your API keys and monitor your exchange accounts for unauthorized activity. #### 6.4 Third-Party Exchange Risks We are not responsible for the performance, availability, security, or terms of service of third-party cryptocurrency exchanges. Exchange downtime, API limitations, or policy changes may impact the functionality of our Services. *** ### 7.
